The projec duration was initiated in Jan 2013 and completed in Nov 2014.

Duties of Hemant Arora for the said project was:-

1. Mr Hemant Arora was to evaluate and develop manufacturing process for Cookies and Rusk Manufacturing unit for 3500 Kgs per day.

2. Mr Hemant was to provide proper and adequate layout for the building as per the machines.

3. Mr Hemant Arora was to provide a list of the entire plant and machinery to be bought along with diffrent suppliers of the machines.

4. Mr Arora was to collect all the quotations from the said suppliers.

8. Mr Hemant was to look after product and process quality by designing testing methods ; testing finished - product and process capabilities ; establishing standards; confirmimg manufacturing processes.

9. Mr Hemant Arora was to comply with all regulations with all the goverment department i.e. FSSAI, BIS, GST, ESI & PF etc.

10. Mr Hemant Arora was to use its expertise to setup a lab in the premises. Mr Arora was responsible for setting up of the complete standards (SOPs)

11. Mr Hemant was fully responsible for keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services ; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures ; requesting special service.
